The Complexities of Gun Reform and Collective Rights

Through a multi-modal and bipartisan lens, fellows will dive into the complexities of the gun debate and how it shapes our national identity. The group will draw connections between feral hogs and the second amendment; Rosa Parks and mass shootings; cultural traditions and safety. From these connections, the group will examine current and past reforms, laws, and policies of DC specifically and America at large to create a well-informed action plan. We will be working along with various community partners.
