Bodily Autonomy and Consent

Through a thoughtful and multi-faceted approach, fellows will have the opportunity to unpack and understand the complex issues of bodily autonomy, abortion rights, sexual assault, and consent. From holding space with survivors of sexual assault to participating in mock trials with district attorneys to thinking about a post-Roe world, fellows will be consistently engaged in work that emphasizes compassion, dignity, and empathy. This track will allow students to examine the topic of bodily autonomy and consent from a policy and programmatic lens, as well as from a deeply personal lens. Fellows design a project that speaks to the urgency of this issue and seeks to address it on a local, state, or national level.
