agine that you can just go inside a car and you can talk to it. As it drives, think about how you can talk to it, and take you to its destination. This is some technology that is currently being developed by many companies. However, one of these is a Google company called Waymo. This is a fully autonomous car that people can ride on, but cannot fully purchase. This is because the car is still a prototype and under development.

Where does the autonomous car operate?

Waymo operates in the present-day San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, and Austin. However, these cars are making their way to other places, such as Washington, D.C. In addition, it can carry people, with about 450,000 rides per week. Google is still figuring out how to make Waymo safer as well. This is because, although crashes happen rarely, they do happen and can be tragic.

Technology behind Waymo

Waymo is not only autonomous and looks cool, but the technology inside it is more fascinating. Waymo uses a technology called SLAM, which stands for Simultaneous Localization And Mapping. In addition to that, they use LiDAR. These technologies combined could make the car know what direction it is going, in addition to sensing the surroundings around the car to make sure the car is not crashing into anything. However, if these functions malfunction, that is when crashes and accidents happen. Next, the car has radars. The radars that surround the car allow the car to see what is going on and the surroundings in the day and at night. Together, these technologies combine to run the Waymo autonomous car smoothly and make sure that the car is as safe as possible. 

Things to keep in mind

Some things to keep in mind are not to smoke or vape inside a Waymo vehicle. This is so that everyone who gets in the car is having a clean environment and space to ride, as Waymo is not your car, but it is for your community to ride. In addition, these addictive products are not good for the environment or for you anyway. Next, you should always keep your seatbelts fastened to ensure your safety. Finally, as Google says, never touch the steering wheel or gas and brake pedals, as it can mess up the car’s automatic transmission. Together, these functions can allow Waymo’s experience to be the safest for you and or your family as possible. 

Conclusions

Waymo is a very newly developed car that may be the future of cars for future generations that awaits us. In addition, it can very much change the future of cars. In my opinion, it is a very cool car that you may be interested in. In addition, the features and the way that Waymo functions really amazed me throughout this research. However, keep in mind that you should follow all these safety protocols I have mentioned earlier if you are interested in riding. What is Sora AI?

Sora AI is an AI that helps with video-making. It is made from Open-AI and can help you with video-making in seconds, which can allow videographers to make videos with a click of a button. However, Sora has many benefits and drawbacks!

Disadvantages & Advantages of the Sora!

There are many good and bad sides to Sora AI. One benefit is that it can allow people to make videos in a short amount of time, while making it very realistic. We can see these on YouTube, in which people do this to get views, but when we see in the comments, we can see that people are saying it is fake and made from Sora. We can tell because some fake videos have the Sora watermark. However, some people, most likely kids, can be influenced by these videos as they could be inappropriate for them. In addition, studies show that Sora can eventually take away jobs as well. This is not only Sora but also many other AIs.

Limitations in Sora

Some limitations in Sora are that it limits reality a lot. Even though Sora can help make videos, it limits how realistic things are, as we can see in youtube. On YouTube, there are many videos in which people go to save animals from the water, and tsunamis appear, which is very unrealistic, as tsunamis cannot form in a split second. Instead, it forms gradually. In addition, due to this, people who use it and are very unrealistic are often criticized by people.

Conclusions

Ultimately, in my opinion, Sora should not be used, as there are many limitations and are not as clear as normal, hand-created videos. Although they can help, AI always has limitations, and I do not support it, as they can take away jobs as well. However, the choice is yours, and you can have your own thoughts.
