Brownie Cookies
The Ingredients:
4 ounces baking chocolate, unsweetened or bittersweet
2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 sticks salted butter, softened
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ cup and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
For dusting, powdered sugar
The Steps:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Then, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Put the chocolate in a (microwave-safe) bowl and microwave until it melts. Then, stir it and let it cool.
With an electric mixer, mix the sugar and butter together in a large bowl until it is totally combined together.
Slowly drizzle in the cooled chocolate with the mixer on low. Then, scrape the bowl and mix it again.
One at a time, mix in the eggs, and then mix in the vanilla. Then, scrape the bowl and mix it again.
In another bowl, mix the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt together.
In scoops, add this mixture into the other bowl with the mixer on low. Scrape the bowl and mix one last time until everything is combined together.
Scoop several tablespoons of the dough onto the baking sheet already set out, then bake the ovens for around 11-12 minutes.
After they are baked, let them sit on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes, then, to cool completely, move it to a wire rack. And repeat with the remaining dough.
Once it is completely cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Sweet and Salty Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup thin pretzel sticks
Nonstick cooking spray (for the foil)
One 14-ounce can of sweetened-condensed milk
½ cup kettle-cooked chips, lightly crushed
The Steps:
Line a square 8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, and coat the foil with the cooking spray.
Place a medium-sized pan over an oven that is on low heat. Put the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the pan. Cook it, stirring until it is melted and smooth, around 6-8 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and spread it evenly across.
On top of this, add spoonfuls of peanut butter. Using a butter knife or skewer, swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate mixture.
On top of that, sprinkle the crushed pretzels and chips.
On the counter, let the fudge cool for 30 minutes.
Then, lightly cover it and refrigerate it for another hour.
After, lift the foil out of the pan and peel it from the fudge.
To serve, cut it into small squares.
