Hello Lion Families,
It is hard to believe it's almost the end of January! It feels like this month has flown by. I know this winter has been crazy for weather so far, one day it is 40 degrees the next it is -10 with the wind chill.
Students will be going outside if the temperature is above zero degrees. Due to supervision of students, we are not able to have students stay inside unless we have a note from a doctor. It is important to know that if students want to to play on the equipment, they will need boots and snow pants. Students will not be given snow pants or boots if they forget them at home. Also, if students get their pants, shoes or socks wet while they are outside, it will be the main office's discretion if they are supplied with different clothes.
If your student needs assistance getting snow pants and boots, please reach out to the main office.
Make it a great day!
Mr. Gloudemans

Students participated in creating a kindness snowflake out of yarn, by saying kind things about each other. Then, they created a quilt piece that showed ways to be kind.
We are also trying to create a Blizzard of Kindness! Students can receive snowflakes to hang on their lockers by being kind and turning in their kindness bingo boards!
