Hello Lion Families,
I want to thank all of the families that were able to sign-up for Parent-Teacher Conferences. If you have not done so yet, please make sure to reach out to your child's teacher to get a meeting scheduled. Even if you are not able to make conferences on February 29th or March 5th, we still want to meet with you to discuss all the wonderful things your child is doing here at Lincoln.
Third, Fourth and Fifth Grade students will begin the Wisconsin Forward Assessment on Monday, March 18th. Students will be testing from March 18th through April 18th. It is extremely important your child is in attendance each day of the testing window. Other ways to help your child be successful is to ensure they get a good nights sleep, are at school on time, to eat breakfast every morning, and ask them how the test went each night. Although one test does not define your child's overall success, it is a great way to showcase and highlight all the great things that are going on here at Lincoln Elementary, and any support you can provided is greatly appreciated.
Make it a great day!
Mr. Gloudemans

Lincoln will begin taking the Wisconsin Forward Exam between March 18th and April 18th.
You can help your child by doing the following:
● Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep and eats a healthy breakfast.
● Remain positive. Staying calm will help your child stay calm. If your child gets nervous about the test or is likely to experience anxiety during the test, help them practice some relaxation techniques that they can try when taking the test.
● Please note that electronic devices are prohibited in the testing room: cell phones, smart watches, and other devices may not be accessible during testing or at testing breaks.
Read the full letter from Mr. Gloudemans regarding the exam here. Please reach out to the office or your child's teacher with questions or concerns.

ASP is a great place for kids. Last week was SPIRIT WEEK! Students made tie dye t-shirts, watched a movie, had popcorn & treats and on Friday, everyone had fun in a Bouncy House! Lincoln is fortunate to have such an incredible program for our students.
Lincoln’s After School Program went bowling in their tie-dye t-shirts. Pizza, soda, strikes & spares made for many smiles.
