Our mission is to:

• Provide a welcoming space to share feelings or concerns about being a woman in our society.

• Offer activities that help our members to maintain a strong identity while also building connections with each other.

• Spread awareness about women’s issues in our community and beyond.

• Support other women’s groups through service.

We meet one Tuesday of every month.  In our meetings:

• We support each other by listening to one another with patience, openness, and curiosity--and without condescension or judgment.

• We offer each other genuine advice or help when we can, and are positive in both our words and actions.

• We respect our members' privacy and do not repeat what is discussed in our meetings so that our club remains a safe space.

Who is welcome to join the Young Feminists Club?

• High School students interested in engaging in and supporting open discussion of the female experience at GRHS.
