Notifications will be sent out via Skyward email to guardians and students no later than Noon on Tuesday, October 29th
Parent Teacher Conference Window still open through November 8th
Required if your student did not pass STAAR 2024 for Math/Reading
If your student did not pass STAAR 2023 & STAAR 2024 for Math, Reading or both- You are invited to a special 5:30pm parent meeting
Loss of Credit parents may attend for Hours
Students will 2 or more Core Content Subject failures invited to Special PTA Presentation

Student Id Cards are coming out THIS WEEK!
Students will get 1 free ID card per year. All students must have their ID on them at school!

ID Cards are out!!!
All students must wear their ID daily at school, when attending district events and must be visible
QR Codes will be posted at student entrances & the front office to order an ID if lost DAILY
If lost, a new ID will cost $3 each with no new lanyard
Cash when they pick up or it will be added to their Skyward Fees Account
Students must have all Skyward Fees paid before attending school sponsored events by November 1st
Beginning Fall 2024, all school game tickets can ONLY be purchased ONLINE 24 hrs before the event starts
Online ticket sales for high school and middle school athletic events are made through HomeTown Ticketing.
You can purchase tickets with the link below or through the HomeTown Fan mobile app.
Cash tickets or credit card purchases at the event will ONLY be available for varsity football games at Williams and HBJ stadiums.
Tickets at the event can only be purchased online for all sub-varsity and other sports, including middle school sports.
GISD employees can enter any regular season game with your GISD badge, however tickets will be needed for any playoff or out-of-district games. GISD badge only admits the owner of the badge.
