Top 3 Behavior Tackling
Dress Code- We should be back on regular dress code. Students do not get a free dress week for bringing canned goods. No Hoodies in the Hallway, Must wear a polo & khaki bottoms M/Tu & Thurs
Tardies- Students who have more than 5 tardies of any kind by Wednesday will have Morning Detention on Thursday (Tracking this week)
Cell Phones- Cell phones and technology must be away in the backpack when students enter the building. (Violations cost $15)
Testing exists in all parts of life
Driver's test
College & Career entrance exams
Personality & Customer Service Tests
Promotion based assessments
Physical ability & certification tests
Growth vs. Rating
Setting a goal for growth is a more positive direction when it comes to testing
When you set goals, tracking those goals periodically will help to make adjustments and stay on track
All actions outside of the periodic testing effect the ending result
Testing is just one way to show achievement
Projects/Products and attendance are other ways to show ability
Character improvement and development is the best way
Supervisors & Evaluators
In all aspects, you will have an evaluator
Customer reviews can make or break your own company profits
Taking feedback in the moment doesn't always translate to documentation
Reporting fast vs. slow
Progress communication is a personal responsibility
Once you know you are struggling or need help, that is when you ask
Ending Evaluations that are not positive can feel like an attack. It is always better to find areas to improve and work there than focus on the big picture
Choosing a path that is right for YOU
High School Graduation requires passing courses listed on a Graduation Plan
High School Graduation also requires passing all STAAR EOCs or completing a EOC State Approved Plan for each test
