1:1 Instructional technology coach training is based of coaching data, conversations, and observations. Trainings are paced based on andragogy and the TERA Quotient.
Coaches got a choice board over the November and December trainings to choose one of the sections of the choice board to take a deeper dive in one of the TERA sections (one in November, another in December).
Through planning for 1:1 Instructional Coach trainings, we guided the coaches to reflect on their semester's growth for their coachees. In March, we had them review and update their coachee's progress.
At the bottom of each page in Canvas, we show how the ISTE standards connect to the activities on that page.
After each District PD day, I take the feedback data provided from participants and review it.

This educator reached out to Cheryl Beard to compliment our new Gifted and Talented training that we faciliate for a 6-hour update. This training focuses on Critical Thinking strategies and the use of AI to support G/T learners,
Dr. Culpepper had reached out to our department to ask for training for her team and staff. We shared efficiency tools on Google Chrome, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
