This year I became a certified Instructure Canvas Technical Admin. I investigated Canvas interface best practices and options related to account organization, course management, users and permissions, and authentication and data provisioning.
I also learned how to understand, setup, and discover ways to use the Canvas APIs to support Canvas user interface and digital learning environments.

After completing the modules in the course, I took the assessment and earned a 91%.

At the beginning of the school year, I attended the Google 'Lead from Where You Are' PLN for Google Champions.
I virtually worked with other Google Champions around the world on learning strategies for identifying needs in our communities, from learner needs to family needs & leveraging design thinking to develop solutions.

I worked with my coach from engage2learn to work on professional goals to improve my coaching.
In addition to going though monthly coaching conversations, my coaching conversations with my coachees were calibrated and evaluated for their effectiveness. This year, I met Level 3 expectations in the Coaching Process and Connected Data to support coaching best practices.
