• Understand definitions and terms related to the Academic and Career Plan. 

• Learn and explore each of the 16 Programs of Study and develop a Program of Studies to explore further. 

• Begin identifying strengths and interests.

• Build their understanding of the importance of developing their soft skills.

• Develop initial goals and course plans to modify over time.
