All students will:

Life Ready Indicators: Critical for both College and Career ready graduates
Completion of Social and Emotional Well Being Curriculum
Completion of Academic and Career Planning
Understanding of growth mindset
Effectively advocating strengths and weaknesses
Demonstrating grit and perseverance to achieve goals
Demonstrating the use of employability skills
Completion of a financial literacy curriculum or experience
Demonstrating the ability to express viewpoints and acknowledge diverse perspectives
Career Ready Indicators: Career Ready graduates identify a career cluster interest and meet two or more of the benchmarks below:
90% attendance
25 hours of community service or a service-learning project
160 hours of work experience in good standing
Received a Wisconsin certified Youth Apprenticeship certification
Completed a Wisconsin Employability Skills Certificate Program (Internship)
Participated in the Student Leader Mentorship Program (C or better)
Industry credential certification (high demand area recommended)
Involvement in an approved career and technical student organization
Two or more organized co/extra curricular activities
Successfully complete with a "C" or better a Dual Credit class that falls under your career pathway choosing.
Students entering the military meet the passing scores on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) for a chosen military branch.
College Ready Indicators: College Ready graduates maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 and two or more of the following benchmarks:
ACT reading score of 22
ACT math score of 22
Algebra II (C or higher)
Dual Credit College English and/or math (C or better)
Complete 2 or more non-English or Math Dual Credit Classes (C or better)
If a student has a GPA below 2.8, they are still considered college ready if they have one of the following:
ACT Exam: English (18), Reading (22), Science (23), Math (22)
SAT Exam: Math (530), Reading and Writing (480)
College Readiness Placement Assessment (determined by the post-secondary institution)
Other factors that contribute to College Readiness:
College academic advising: including FAFSA completion
Participation in an approved Post-Secondary Program
Completion of a 4th credit of math
Completion of 2 or more world language classes
Completion of a 4th credit of science
Completion of a 4th credit of social studies
