Open the Settings app.
At the top-left, tap Sign in to your iPad if you are not signed in.
Enter your Apple Account and password (firstnamelastname@student.bend.k12.or.us).
Sign in to your district account with your username and password.
Open the Settings app.
Tap “Update Apple Account Settings” next to the red dot (if there is one). If you don’t have a red dot, tap Personal Information to see if you’re prompted to enter your password.
If prompted, enter your password.
If the iPad does not need your Apple Account password, iCloud is signed in and working. If it did need your password, this step re-authorizes your iCloud account.
Verify you are signed in to iCloud (see the section above).
Open Notability.
On the All Notes screen, tap the gear icon at the top left.
Tap Connected Services.
Make sure iCloud syncing On.
Find and open the Files app on the iPad.
On the left side nagivation, tap On My iPad to see any files that may be saved only on your iPad. There may be files inside folders, as well.
Tap and hold to select any files you'd like to back up and drop them onto iCloud Drive. The file(s) will be copied to iCloud.
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top-left.
Tap iCloud.
Tap Photos, then turn on Sync this iPad.
Photos should automatically start uploading to iCloud.
When you turn on iCloud Photos, the time it takes for your photos and videos to upload to iCloud depends on the size of your collection and your internet speed. If you have a large collection of photos and videos, your upload might take more time than usual.
To can see the status of your photo library:
Open the Photos app and tap the profile button at the top right.
To export a single canvas:
Tap Share/Export from the menu
Choose Export to Files if you want to save a file, or Share if you want to send it to another app
Choose the file type:
Sketchbook TIFF is Sketchbook's native file format and contains all your layer data. This choice is best if you plan to open the file in Sketchbook or Sketchbook Pro on another device. Only Sketchbook will open a Sketchbook TIFF with layers, other apps will flatten the image.
PSD is the best choice for moving a layered file to another image editor. Note that there are some features that will not be preserved when Sketchbook files are saved to PSD.

Export to Files will open your file browser, where you can edit the name of the file and where it will be saved. This name is only applied to the export and is not assigned to your piece in Sketchbook.
Exporting multiple canvases from the Gallery:
In the Gallery, pinch-zoom out or tap to enter small thumbnail view
Tap Share/Export from the menu
Choose Export to Files if you want to save a file, or Share if you want to send it to another app
Choose the file type and follow the same steps as above for a single image export.
Note: PSD is not available for batch export, due to the processing required to convert the files
Tap the sharrow icon beneath the book you want to save and choose Export as ePub. Then, choose Save to Files verify the location is on iCloud Drive and tap Save.
Situations can vary, but graduating students generally should have access to their student accounts from the district through June 30th. In other cases, accounts are disabled after 30 days from the withdrawal date in the system.
Use Google Takeout to download the data saved in your student Google account. Once you receive the email from Google that your files are ready follow the link to download your .zip files. You can then AirDrop them to another Apple device or sign in on a personal device (MFA setup is required) and download the file(s) there.
Follow these steps to save data from your student iCloud account (MFA setup is required). High school students can also use AirDrop on their iPads to transfer content to a personal Apple device.
