The project is structured into distinct phases:
PR1: Development of the Global Citizenship Training Curriculum for Teachers.
PR2: Implementation of CoDesignLabs for the creation of Learning Scenarios.
PR3: Impact assessment on teachers, students, and school structures.
3. Methodological Approach
The Speak&Act project employs a non-formal, participatory, and competence-based methodology.
Key pillars include:
Application of co-design methods, engaging students as co-creators of learning content.
Utilization of Public Speaking (debate, TED Talks, podcasts) as transversal tools to develop critical thinking, communication, and citizenship skills.
Strong linkage between national curricula and global citizenship topics.
Emphasis on experiential learning, peer-to-peer interaction, and reflective practices.

Teacher Training (PR1):
Development and delivery of a modular curriculum to train secondary school teachers in Public Speaking methodologies and Global Citizenship Education principles.
CoDesignLabs (PR2):
Activation of student-teacher collaborative laboratories to design cross-curricular Learning Scenarios integrating Public Speaking into regular teaching.
Impact Assessment (PR3):
Evaluation of the project's effectiveness on teaching practices, student competences, and institutional innovation through qualitative and quantitative tools.
