Topic: Financial Aid Process (FAFSA)
Objective: Students will review the Financial Aid Process.
ASCA Mindsets & Behaviors Standard (s): M 4: Understanding the post-secondary education and lifelong learning are necessary for long term career success.

Procedures:
1. Remind students they can begin completing their FAFSA for the 2022-23 school year anytime after October 1st.
2. Tell students that the FAFSA is what students use to determine how much financial aid they qualify for.
3. Share with your parents that PHS will also be hosting a Financial Aid Night event next week. If you are college-bound (or considering college at all) please plan on attending.
Financial Aid Night Wednesday, April 20th at 6-7 p.m..
An English presentation will be held in the PPAC (HS Auditorium) and a Spanish presentation will be held in the library.
This is the only Financial Aid Night we will hold for the class of 2023. The Iowa College Access Network will be here to present and answer any questions.
