As part of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program, students are required to complete an IB Community Project. The community project gives students an opportunity to develop awareness of needs in various communities and address those needs through service learning.
We are proud of the work our students did this year in the distance learning environment as they focused on defining their communities and finding ways to provide advocacy and service while maintaining social distancing requirements. Their work exemplifies our school's mission to develop a culture of inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring students who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
We invite you to view the following examples of IB Community Projects created by our students this year.
