This course will focus on participation in various activities designed to develop and improve technique and performance-related to physical fitness and ability. Areas that will be focused on include; selection and proper use of sport equipment and exercise techniques, progressive resistive exercise training, circuit training, core strengthening, plyometric, agility & speed training, cardiovascular training, sport specific training and injury prevention.
