Teacher Incentive Allotment

In addition to huge benefits of adding NWEA MAP to our district assessment practices with the goal of increasing SAT, TSIA, AP scores, etc., MAP Growth is also on the TEA TIA approved list of third party assessments with a built-in growth measure. For SY2425, Hays CISD will utilize MAP Growth data to include K-3 Math, 5-8 Science, Biology, Algebraic Reasoning, Geometry, Algebra 2, and English 3 teachers in its list of eligible TIA teacher groups. IMPORTANT: All teachers in eligible TIA groups must complete their TIA Oath of Data Integrity, Test Security, and Confidentiality AFTER they have received training and BEFORE the testing window opens.
