Timeline of Application and Selection Process

CHARGEnorth is able to accommodate roughly 400 students grades 9-12 with 100 students per grade level.  If a student is interested in joining CHARGEnorth after the start of high school, there is the possibility to join for 10th grade given that there is an opening. Students must complete a Google form to declare their interest by the given deadline.  ​Students are ranked by a team of reviewers who evaluate applicants based on grades, teacher recommendations, attendance, discipline history, and motivation. After this process students will be given a number on the waitlist and if a spot becomes available they will be notified by Ms. Smith and asked to fill out a commitment form to the program. If a student rejects their acceptance and then wishes to be reconsidered they will be added to the bottom of the waitlist.
