- Drama Club Registration Form
ALL STUDENTS FILL OUT THIS FORM!
ALL DRAMA CLUB STUDENTS should complete this form, actors AND tech crew included!
Students should complete a new registration form at the beginning of EACH new school year. Registration forms start over at the beginning of the school year and are filled out every year, so every student needs to complete these forms regardless of it you were in drama club last year or not.

ALL ACTORS FILL OUT THIS FORM!
ALL ACTORS who wish to be cast in Peter Pan should complete this form by Tuesday, August 25th, 2026 at 12:00 PM!
- Technical Crew Registration Form
TECH CREW ONLY FILL OUT THIS FORM!
ALL TECH CREW members who wish to participate in Peter Pan should complete this form before August 31st, 2026.
This year, t-shirts and costumes will be ordered based on the size you gave when you registered for the LJTC using the link above. If you have not registered this year, please do so using this link. Students should complete a new registration form at the beginning of each new school year.
