The Gwinnett County Middle School Dramarama Theatre Festival
Dramarama is a theatre festival for GCPS middle school theatre arts students held each year at Discovery High School. This is an optional event that will cost $40 per student and covers the Dramarama ticket fee, a chicken sandwich OR mac and cheese lunch, workshops, a Dramarama lanyard, and a t-shirt!
Students must have their own ride to and from Discovery High School - we will not provide a bus.

What?
In Gwinnett County, we are dedicated to bringing you quality fine arts programs. This year, theatre arts and drama club students from around the county are invited to join in the celebration of theatrical arts at Dramarama. Some schools will perform scenes for the audience of middle school students and theater directors. The Lanier Junior Theatre Company will not participate in performances this year, but will observe students performing to prepare ourselves to participate next year. Students will then participate in a variety of workshops led by Atlanta Theatre professionals. Workshops this year may include: stage combat, stage make-up, improvisation, physical comedy, and musical theatre. In order to attend, students and parents must sign the GCPS Media Release form and a permission slip, as well as a registration form. These forms can be found below.
All current Drama Club members, actors and tech crew, are welcome to attend!
Cost
The festival is $40 per student and covers Chicken sandwich or Mac and Cheese lunch, workshops, DRAMARAMA lanyard, and a tee shirt!

if you need a scholarship.

ALL THREE forms are due to participate.
If your forms are not submitted by this date, you will not be permitted to attend the event. You must submit BOTH completed forms on time in order to attend Dramarama
You will need to complete the three forms linked below to participate in Dramarama. These forms are linked below for you to print at home, or they can be found already printed outside of Ms. Davis's classroom at the Drama Club Hub as well as at the club hub in the media center.
YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL THREE FORMS LINKED BELOW IN THEIR ENTIRETY OR YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE!
