Un grupo de nueve alumnos de 3º de ESO y dos profesores del IES Maestro Padilla acaban de regresar de una inolvidable estancia en Varsovia, enmarcada dentro del prestigioso programa europeo Erasmus+. Durante cinco intensos días, de lunes a viernes, la capital polaca se convirtió en el escenario perfecto para una inmersión cultural y educativa única. Desde el primer momento, los estudiantes y sus docentes se sumergieron en una enriquecedora convivencia que no solo ha ampliado sus horizontes académicos, sino que también ha fortalecido los lazos de compañerismo del grupo.

El itinerario estuvo repleto de actividades fascinantes que permitieron al grupo exprimir al máximo cada jornada. Tuvieron la oportunidad de recorrer el casco histórico de Varsovia (Stare Miasto), completamente reconstruido tras la Segunda Guerra Mundial, y maravillarse con el imponente Castillo Real y la emblemática Plaza del Mercado. Además, la expedición combinó la historia con la ciencia y el arte, visitando lugares tan interactivos como el Centro de Ciencias Copérnico y paseando por los majestuosos jardines del Parque Łazienki, donde disfrutaron de la naturaleza en pleno corazón de la ciudad.

El balance del viaje no ha podido ser más positivo: todos se lo han pasado en grande y vuelven con las mochilas cargadas de recuerdos imborrables. Los alumnos no solo han practicado idiomas y conocido una cultura diferente, sino que han disfrutado de una convivencia diaria llena de risas, anécdotas y momentos compartidos que recordarás toda la vida. Para los profesores, ver la madurez y la ilusión en los ojos de su alumnado ha sido la mejor recompensa para una semana redonda gracias al espíritu Erasmus.

A group of nine 3rd-year ESO students and two teachers from IES Maestro Padilla have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Warsaw, organized as part of the prestigious European Erasmus+ program. For five intense days, from Monday to Friday, the Polish capital became the perfect setting for a unique cultural and educational immersion. From the very beginning, the students and their teachers dived into a deeply enriching experience that not only expanded their academic horizons but also strengthened the bonds of camaraderie within the group.

The itinerary was packed with fascinating activities that allowed the group to make the absolute most of every single day. They had the opportunity to explore Warsaw’s historic Old Town (Stare Miasto), beautifully reconstructed after World War II, and marvel at the imposing Royal Castle and the emblematic Market Square. In addition, the expedition perfectly combined history with science and art, visiting interactive spots like the Copernicus Science Centre and strolling through the majestic gardens of Łazienki Park, where they enjoyed nature right in the heart of the city.

The overall feedback from the trip could not be more positive: everyone had an absolute blast and returned with backpacks full of unforgettable memories. The students not only practiced their language skills and discovered a different culture, but they also enjoyed daily life together, filled with laughter, inside jokes, and shared moments that they will cherish for a lifetime. For the teachers, seeing the maturity and enthusiasm in their students' eyes was the ultimate reward for a flawless week, all thanks to the true Erasmus spirit.
