夏秋嶺がInGARSS 2025 Bhubaneswar にて IEEE GRSS の活動の一環として招待講演を行った。InGARSS はインドにおいて開催される地球科学とリモートセンシングに関する学会で、IEEE GRSS の旗艦学会である IGARSS の地域版である。近年、IEEE GRSS の活動の拡大に伴い招待講演を通じた研究の紹介と学生らへの教育が Associate Distinguished Lecturer の役割である。

Ryo Natsuaki had an invited talk in InGARSS 2025 Bhubaneswar, India as a part of IEEE GRSS activity. InGARSS is a localized version of the flagship conference IEEE IGARSS, which covers geoscience and remote sensing. An Associate Distinguished Lecturer is a part of the education program of IEEE GRSS.

Leonardo Haruki Oguchi received Student Paper Award 2nd prize in APSAR 2025.

本研究では、小型衛星搭載の合成開口レーダを利用した多基線(マルチベースライン)InSARの解析による地形図作成において、課題となる高さアンビギュイティの多様性を活用し、参照アンビギュイティの選択とコヒーレンス重み付き位相評価に基づくコスト最適化手法を提案しました。本手法により、都市域における小型SAR衛星データからの高精度なDEM再構成や建物高さの推定の実現が期待されます。

In this work, we proposed a cost optimization approach for multibaseline InSAR that leverages the diversity of height ambiguities with coherence-weighted phase evaluation based on a selection of a reference ambiguity. This enables accurate DEM reconstruction and building-height estimation from small SAR satellite data.

Dr. Yanyan Zhang is a guest editor of the special issue "Intelligent Interpretation of Remote Sensing Images and Intelligent Processing of Remote Sensing Information" in MDPI Remote Sensing. Original theoretical and experimental results related to this issue are welcome to be submitted for publication.

Dr. Yanyan Zhang joined Hirose Natsuaki lab. as a JSPS Research Fellow.

4月より廣瀬・夏秋研究室へ新たに学部6名、修士5名が配属されました。

3月をもって廣瀬・夏秋研究室からは学部5名、修士5名、博士1名が卒・修了しました。
