The world now is changing and technology is growing, information can be accessed now in just one tap. The old type of teaching is now changing by the new technology that makes it easier to learn. The world faces a great disaster: COVID-19, schools have been shut down and learning has become difficult. Online Distance Learning helps the teachers and students cope with this crisis by making the learning flexible. To make this happen, different platforms should be used such as Google classroom, Google Meet and zoom. Flexible learning introduced the synchronous and asynchronous type of learning wherein it's a mode of learning that can be done online (synchronous) and uploaded tasks (asynchronous). One thing that is useful also is Blended learning wherein it's a mode or a type of learning that is delivered online as well as handled in the actual physical setting of a classroom.

       I realized that technology plays a vital role in today's world. Our living is totally different from before but the advancement and improvements are really helpful in development as well as for students. We just need to use technology appropriately and know its relevance. Though Technology is dangerous sometimes like Facebook, we must use it appropriately to avoid any threat and misuse. 

When it comes to the teaching and learning process nowadays, technology and other applications are helpful in delivering the knowledge of the teacher to the student. The use of technology in our daily life activities has led to the growth and popularity of internet portal sites. As a student, it is important to have knowledge about the portal sites that can be used when it comes to learning and exploring. Instructional portals or resources are also helpful when it comes to the teacher. It provides resources for educators to make the use of the internet more effective, it's also used to support the educational objectives of teachers and learners as they provide access to resources for enhancing the educational opportunities of contemporary learners. For Example is the students portals, we use it to access the university google classroom, google meet and other sites for students only of Batangas State University 

            I realize that when I become a teacher someday, these online resources will help me to establish or integrate ICT in the learning and teaching process. Even though the instructional resources are limited in providing assistance and in providing resources to support the teaching and learning, I will use it appropriately and mindful in sharing information such as links and additional technological and network services. It's a great way to enhance the relationship of both students and teachers.
