The competency standards for teachers are discussed in lesson 1 in order to guarantee that students in the twenty-first century will study and be taught in a way that is more fun, inventive, and creative. Additionally, the requirements for students are there to make sure that students are prepared for the digital age and have improved skills. Knowing and demonstrating these qualities for my future pupils is vital to me as a future educator. Since teachers are the ones who first introduce pupils to all the knowledge and abilities they will need, I must become an expert in this field.

    We are all aware that technology is pervasive in today's culture and is present wherever we go. It is not only utilized for communication and as a news source, but it is also crucial for education because the curriculum aims to prepare students for the twenty-first century. I've previously worked in a classroom setting where non-digital tools like manila paper, cartolina, chalk on a blackboard, models, etc. were employed. It's difficult right now to adjust to the new age when technology is the primary information source. This aids us in understanding the importance of problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, and cooperation. Integrating ICT standards requires participating in activities that protect and enlighten you.

The Basic Concept in ICT or the meaning of the Basic Term in ICT is discussed in Lesson 2 and is something that we must be aware of. We are all aware of how many ICT words and glossaries we must know. Knowing this will help us select the appropriate tools we require when using or integrating ICT. Technology is the first thing we think of as being helpful while working on our projects or assignments because we constantly try to be imaginative, informative, realistic, and trustworthy. There are many new ICT applications and designs that are useful for making documentaries, vlogs, posting events, and developing innovative templates for works. 

       I realized that there were many programs out there that I was unaware of, and that I was just familiar with the logos of some of them. I also learned that there are many applications available that I may utilize for free to improve both my thoughts and my creativity. Your efforts can be fantastic like a pro with simply one tap. I gained a lot of knowledge from this course, and I will use it to further my exploration of ICT and my development as a digitally literate person.

 Technology is really helpful in teaching and learning which support the students in learning. As teaching and learning go together, it gives us the opportunity to grow and develop our skills as well as our knowledge in integrating ICT. As for teachers, basically those who are years in teaching need support and assistance incorporating ICT when teaching. That's why we, the millennials who are prone to Technology help them to learn. We are learning from them and they are learning with us students. Not only teachers who need to learn but also learners like me. Not all learners know the roles of ICT in learning especially when it comes to communication skills. Others might want a face to face conversation rather than one to many or many to many conversations with others. Like me at online class, at first I was scared to raise my hand and speak to the mic though it's like face to face conversation but the difference is it's online, the feeling was different and the tension is more high. Technology also develops the learner's higher order thinking skills, critical thinking, problem - solving and also creativity.

             I realized that technology has a lot of benefits not only in the lives and needs of the individual but also in teaching and learning. And as a future teacher, I will make sure that my students will practice their critical thinking as well as their collaboration with other students.  Encouraging them to used online in gathering more information in reliable source., familiarize in e-learning modalities and ICT awareness.
