Review
As a Senior IT Project Manager, I managed technology initiatives from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and operational support. I served as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, leadership, and external vendors, translating business objectives into actionable technology plans.

I utilized Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and Power BI to support project planning, requirements and backlog management, sprint execution, dependency tracking, risk and issue management, documentation, DevOps coordination, release management, and executive reporting.

I applied Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, adapting the delivery approach to the complexity and business requirements of each initiative. I also provided leadership in governance, stakeholder communication, organizational change, and continuous process improvement.
