Led an enterprise technology transformation that expanded Salesforce from a sales and marketing platform into an ERP-oriented business platform while introducing Agile delivery, governance, training, and emerging-technology capabilities.
Problem Statement
PCMA needed to modernize its technology operating model, improve cross-functional business processes, and establish a more scalable platform for managing business operations. Salesforce had primarily supported sales and marketing functions, creating an opportunity to expand its role across the organization while simultaneously improving delivery practices, user adoption, governance, and technology innovation.
Review
Led a strategic technology transformation for DASS Inc. that repositioned Salesforce from primarily a Sales and Marketing platform toward an enterprise ERP-oriented business solution. The initiative required translating business requirements into a scalable technology roadmap, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and establishing the governance, operating model, and implementation practices necessary to support broader enterprise adoption.
Introduced and advanced Agile delivery practices, including Scrum-based planning, iterative development, stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous feedback. Established a structured approach for moving technology initiatives from business requirements through development, testing, deployment, and adoption. This improved alignment between business priorities and IT execution while creating greater transparency into delivery, dependencies, risks, and organizational change.
Expanded the organization's technology innovation capability through Proofs of Concept and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Augmented Reality. Combined technology strategy, project leadership, process improvement, training, and organizational change management to create a foundation for continued digital transformation. The initiative demonstrated the ability to connect business strategy to technology execution while managing people, processes, platforms, and competing organizational priorities.
