ASB (Associated Student Body) at Hopkins represents the interests and goals of the entire school.
The student body is involved in giving input and funding to both the administration & PFA (Parent Faculty Association) for events. ASB offers ideas they would like to see implemented on campus.
The ASB officers lead the organization with a staff advisor (Madame Chabot) and selected 5th-period representatives to ensure everybody has an opportunity for input.
ASB 5th-period reps play a crucial role in advertising, voting, and giving feedback at ASB meetings. All prizes and ideas are direct input from students to reps to officers to Mme Chabot/Admin.
If 5th-period classes do not communicate with their 5th-period student representatives, and vice-versa, the student body governance will not function properly.
