The first virtual mobility of our Erasmus + KA229 project took place last February.
On February 8th, 9th and 10th, students and teachers from Germany, Denmark, France, Italy and Spain participated in a series of live video calls where they interacted to present some activities which they had previously prepared.
On the first day, students from each country presented themselves and talked about their cities, their schools and the recycling systems of their countries.
On day 2, the project logo was presented. Its creator, Lorena Viñas from Spain, explained how she created it. This logo was voted by students from all the countries taking part in the project. The same day, Danish students presented the results of the survey that was previously carried out on knowledge of plastic, its recycling and the impact it has on the environment.
On the third and last day, Spanish students did a presentation about their country: history, geography, Andalusia, music, sports or gastronomy were introduced to all the students of the project. Two videos made by different students from the Spanish school were also presented. A video tour of our school and some video tips to reduce the use of plastics in our day to day. Both created by students of different ages and levels of our school. Finally, one of the Spanish students taught a short Spanish lesson with some questions at the end, which was a great opportunity for them to interact.
This virtual mobility replaces the real mobility that had to take place in Spain originally. We hope our students are able to travel around Europe to meet the other students of the project in person soon.
