Adult Membership is still only £35 a year
We cater for a wide range of ages and abilities – nobody gets left behind!
We cover road running, off-road running and Track & Field.
Training with others gives variety, company and experience and the ability to take part in team competitions.
Varied programme each Wednesday.
Monthly 5K Time Trial.
We have qualified Leaders in Running Fitness to lead running sessions
We have 1 qualified coach for the Senior section offering 1 specific coached sessions per month.
Junior Athletics section for 8 to 18’s with 1 qualified athletics coaches offering 2 sessions per week
Social events and annual prize giving
Grand Prix race series offering trophies for Road Running, Off-road Running, Combined Road/Off-road, Ultra Distance Off-road.
The Club and its members are affiliated to England Athletics
Special offers to EA affiliated runners.
Public liability insurance for Club events and sessions.
Reduced entry fee for many races.
Eligibility to take part in Track & Field competitions.
Club places available for the London Marathon and other marathons.
Supports the framework of athletics in the UK.
Access to specialised coaching and training for volunteers, coaches and officials.
Availability of running kit in Club colours.

Adult membership is £35 per year. If you are transferring from the Frome Running Club Beginners course, the cost for the first year is £15, and if you are part of the Frome Triathlon club, the cost is £25.
