Time Trial
We organise a 5K Time Trial on the 1st Wednesday of each month. The route is undulating and wholly on pavements and roads. The trial is carefully timed and recorded. Any Frome Running Club member can take part in the trials which are free. You need to arrive at the club at 6:45pm to register and collect your vest.

We start on Forest Road, Frome.
Start on Forest Road, turn right onto Brunel Way, turn right onto Clink Road, turn right onto Forest Road again.
Repeat this entire loop for a second full circuit then continue as if for a third but instead run Forest Road, right onto Brunel Way then TURN LEFT onto Beaconsfield Way then at the top, right onto Gypsy Lane. The finish is opposite the Rugby Club.
