"I think it's awesome that you're so enthusiastic about reading as well. Most people don't read anymore and will look at something lengthy and groan. Independent reading has been fun and has allowed me to pick a book that catches my attention."  - Dani G.

Ever since I've been in this class, I've read a lot more. To be honest, I don't really like reading books that much. I feel like I can't find one that's interesting to me. This semester, I have read four books. You may not believe it, but that's the most I've read in one semester. I also read to my little cousin when I'm home; he loves it."   - Marianna O.

"When I read, I've started writing words down that I don't know so I can look them up later...In some books there is vocab that I don't know, which makes it hard to understand. My speed for reading is getting better. I read more books this semester than this time last year."    - Riley S.
