Opportunities for Job Shadowing, Internship/Mentorship, Externships, Etc…
Students film various events for Forsyth Central High School including live performances of plays and concerts, the annual Forsyth Central Alumni Association Hall of Fame Induction, and various other film needs.
Students and Interns regularly film Behind the Brand/Lights Camera You with Maxwell Bentley of Bentley Media
Our students have also participated in commercial work for our school store and local restaurants and businesses.
Students recently filmed a project for local charity organization, Family Haven, that will be used in our Forsyth Virtual curriculum and possibly air on Dateline NBC.
Alumni of our program were recently placed on set in a GPB production, Georgia Actors (GPB) - Alpha Trivette Interview
Internship opportunities through our county office are available yearly. Several students have serves as interns for Central Studios here at FCHS.
Field Trips
Students attend field trips to both learn and help with the community. We have visited Assembly Studios. We have gone to our feeder schools to assist with film productions. We regularly attend events for SkillsUSA.
