In the spring of 2025, Mr. Faught was nominated as a Top-7 finalist for the Golden Owl Award for the Iowa FFA Foundation.
Our Advisor and Agricultural Education Teacher was honored as the North Central Outstanding Young Ag Teacher at summer ag teachers conference in 2024 at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny, IA.
Our Envirothon team this year were State Runner-ups and National Environmental and Natural Resources CDE Qualifiers receiving a bronze rating.
Olivia Eastvold was awarded another $1,000 SAE grant in 2024 for her second Red Tailed Hawk SAE project.
In 2024, we were able to purchase three coolers for our FFA Chapter. These coolers help us take food on trips, transport fresh produce and crops to fairs, and provide us a valuable asset that will benefit members for years to come.
Jordan Kelly received a $400 scholarship from the FFA Chapter for his commitment to the FFA Organization and his placement SAE.

In 2023, we spent our $750 Landus Grant on greenhouse remodeling, we were able to recycle beacher parts from a local go-cart track and reuse benches from a old commercial greenhouse in our town.
Aaliyah Wicke and Olivia Eastvold both received $1,000 National SAE Grants for their Livestock Trailer Restoration and Red Tailed Hawk projects respectively.

In 2022, we spent our $750 Landus Grant on upgrading equipment in our shop, we were able to use part of this funding for a new welding table.
In 2022, we received $10,000 dollars from the Farmer's Grow Bayer Program new, we used this funding to pay for our test plot sign and the surrounding landscape. We then used the leftover funding to pay for six fully loaded shop tool boxes to improve both our ag mechanics and welding courses.
