Our Two Projects:
CCMH provides free virtual counseling, group services, and workshops to help children and adolescents ages 8 through 17, in predominantly Black, Latino, and immigrant communities in the Bronx with short-term coping skills to thrive in school, with peers, and with family. All services and materials are available in Spanish.
T4 provides parent groups to better support the lives of justice-involved adolescents through an evidence-based, culturally-responsive, trauma-informed intervention.

CCMH is honored to be selected as The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation's grantee. Through this partnership and the work of countless organizations across our state, we are working to support vulnerable communities in each corner of New York. Specifically, this grant will allow CCMH to continue offering free virtual counseling, group counseling, and educational workshops to Black, Latino, and immigrant school-age children in the Bronx. Our mission remains to help them develop coping skills during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had a disproportionately negative impact on the mental health of communities of color. The mission of IALC's Community ESL program is "to provide adult ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) classes, Digital Literacy instruction, and Leadership Skills training at no cost to our neighbors in the Bronx. The IALC Community ESL Program reflects Fordham University’s immigrant heritage and Catholic values and frames our educational endeavor in the Jesuit tradition of cura personalis (care for the whole person) and educating for justice. We aim to provide a safe, formative experience that improves the quality of life of our students, their families, and communities while equipping them to advance professionally."
