Values & Faith-Based Leadership Program

The Values & Faith-Based Leadership Program is offered to women belonging to minorities through a collaboration between the Institute of American Language and Culture (IALC) and the Graduate School of Religion and Religious Education (GRE) at Fordham University.


 This bilingual (Spanish-English) program aims to provide participants with the theoretical and experiential tools that will enable them to hone their leadership and communication skills in English, which are essential to becoming agents of change in their communities and organizations.


The Values & Faith-Based Leadership Program has a duration of 10 months. The academic coursework and practicum are distributed in three academic periods: Summer, Fall, and Spring.


If accepted into the Program, participants will have the following commitments:
