Robert obtained his BS in Public Health from Saint Louis University. From 2017 to 2020, he served as a science teacher and 9th-grade team leader in a public high school in New York City, catering to students from Washington Heights, Inwood, Harlem, and the South Bronx. In this capacity, he actively engaged as a community member, fostering communication with staff, students, and families to establish connections and create an environment dedicated to the students' socio-emotional and intellectual growth.

In 2022, Robert completed his master's in clinical research methods in psychology from the Department of Psychology at Fordham University. His master's thesis delved into the role of parent empathy and reflective functioning in the perpetuation of tantrum behaviors in young children. This research reflects Robert's commitment to understanding and addressing mental health issues, particularly in the context of family dynamics and early childhood development.

Drawing on his passion for public health and his extensive organizational experience gained as a teacher and 9th-grade team leader in a public high school in Washington Heights, Robert is poised to play a crucial role in the success of the CCMH project. His unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise positions him as a valuable asset in addressing the mental health needs of children and adolescents within the project.
