Updating Student Information and Withdrawal

ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER CHANGE AND WITHDRAWAL

Please notify the school office immediately upon any change of address or telephone number. In case of an emergency, we need to locate parents quickly. If your student is withdrawing from PKMS, a withdrawal form must be completed. You can get this form in our front office. All books must be returned and all fees paid before the transfer will be complete.
