PURPOSE
This Peer Support Program is specifically designed to assist members and their families with personal or work related issues providing guidance and/or referrals that fit their individual needs. Peer Support is not a substitute for psychotherapy. Participation in this program is purely voluntary and any confidential discussions between the team member and the peer will remain confidential with the exceptions listed in Florida State Statute 111.09.
