TSA ID Notice

The TSA has been unable to verify your identity using their system and has requested an ID Check to verify your identity.

The Lee County Port Authority Police Department can run your ID through police criminal databases to attempt to verify your identity or authenticate the ID provided.

It is possible that you may be arrested if you have a warrant or if your ID is fake. Additionally, after running your ID, we may not be able to confirm your identity and/or the TSA may still deny you access to the concourse.

You are not being detained, you are free to leave, and you are free to say no to running your ID through our databases. After being informed of your right to say no, do you wish for me to proceed with running the ID check?
