Where are my pictures or photos?

Pictures are NOT uploaded unless they are emailed to Records with the CFS or Incident number in the subject line. Pictures need to be submitted in a timely manner. The pictures are in their respective modules;

Incident - will be attached in the Incident Module (under Incident) along with any other documents (witness statements, receipts, forms, etc.)

Crash- will be attached in the Accident/Crash Module (under Incidents) along with an approved crash report. If the crash report is not approved by a supervisor and submitted, it will NOT be uploaded into SOMA.

Citation - will be attached in the Citation Module (under Citations Module) along with a scanned copy of the citation, if written.

F.T.S.R. - will be attached in the Multiform Module (under Citations Module) along with a scanned copy of the FTSR.

Trespass - will be attached in the Multiform Module (under Citations Module)along with a scanned copy of the Trespass.

F.I.C. - will be attached in the Multiform Module (under Citations Module)along with a scanned copy of the F.I.C.

Parking Summons - will be attached in the Parking Summons (under Citations Module) module along with a scanned copy of the parking summons, if written.

Property/Evidence - will NOT be entered into the module, the Officer will enter it while submitting it.
