Florida Civic Literacy Exam (FCLE)
Students enrolled in U.S. Government will be offered the test in the semester they complete the class.
Students will take this assessment in person at a testing site in their district.
The FCLE contains 80 multiple-choice items and is administered in one 160-minute session in one day.
Testing window is November 2–December 18, 2026 or March 29–May 28, 2027
Students will receive the date, time, and location of the assessment directly from their Testing Technician closer to the testing window.
Students must be enrolled in Government that semester to be offered the tests.
