FAST PM3 Test Info

ELA  Progress Monitoring 3 (PM3) - Grades 9-10

• • Students will take this assessment in person at a testing site in their district. 

  • FAST tests are 120 minutes

  • Testing window is May 1-30, 2025

  • Approved forms of identification include passports, military IDs, Florida IDs from the DMV (with photo), or an FLVS K-12 District student ID. If you need an FLVS K-12 District student ID,  please complete this ID request form. Once your ID is ready, an email will be sent to the parent email address associated with your FOCUS portal.  

  • Students will receive the date, time, and location of the assessment directly from their Testing Technician closer to the testing window.

  • It is critical that the guardian responds to the confirmation survey in the email to confirm attendance for assigned test dates. Please be sure to monitor email addresses associated with the parent and student in FOCUS.  If you are not receiving emails ensure they are correct in FOCUS and not going to your spam/junk folder.  

  • You can view your in person testing location in FOCUS in the State Testing Info tab. FLVS will also include the name of the site in all Spring Statewide Testing communications. If the test site address is not provided please google map the school for the most accurate address. You can also call the site ahead of time to confirm the address and parking/drop off procedures.   

  • Test sites are assigned by your local school district and are not subject to change. If you have moved prior to the start of a testing window a new test site will be assigned as soon as proof of residence documentation is submitted to FLVS. Please contact FLVS as soon as a change of address occurs.

  • In extenuating circumstances, some schools may offer make-up dates for FLVS students. However, make-up dates are not guaranteed and every effort should be made to test on the original dates provided. If make-up dates are needed please contact FLVS immediately and provide what dates you are available to test and the reason you cannot make the original dates.
