What is VSA?

From the FOCUS portal, you will be able to access your VSA account (Virtual School Administrator). You will see an overview of your classes including the current grades and percentage complete in each class. You will click on any class in VSA in order to proceed to the third and final system, Educator.

You will not see any lessons, assignments, or full gradebooks in VSA; that information is accessible only in Educator.
You can only access Educator from the student account.

VSA Student Dashboard

On the dashboard, you will see the grades and percent complete for each course.
The gray ring will continue to fill in with blue as the student progresses further along in the course.
Once a course is 100% finished for the semester, the ring will be a complete blue circle.

Passing into Educator

To enter your course and pass through to Educator, click on the orange "COURSE" button.

Once in Educator, you can switch between courses as needed.

If you receive an error message when attempting to login or pass-through, please contact tech support: 800-374-1430, option 2. Remember, when you are first logging in, it can take up to 24-48 hours for each platform to sync.
