Are you locked out of your class? Need to reset your password? You have come to the right place! Please view the following steps to learn how to reset your password, and gain access to your class again!
3. On the VSA Login page, select "Forgot Password?".
4. On the Password Recovery page, enter your username of the VSA account and click "Recover Password."
5. After selecting Recover Password, one of the following will happen:
A message will be shown advising to contact the Help Center at 1.800.374.1430 for assistance because the account does not have an email address associated.
A message will be shown advising a temporary password has been sent to the email address associated to the account. However, if you do not receive the email, please contact the Help Center at 1.800.374.1430 for assistance.
The security questions configured with the account will be provided. Once the security questions are answered correctly, a temporary password will be emailed to the email address associated to the account. However, if you do not remember the answers to the security questions, please contact the Help Center at 1.800.374.1430 for assistance.

I forgot my VSA username. How do I recover it?
1. Go to flvs.net and follow the same steps as above to access your login page.
2. On the VSA Login page, select "Forgot Username?"
3. On the Username Recovery page, please enter the following information associated to the VSA account:
Enter the email address in the Email field.
Enter the first name in the First Name field.
Enter the last name in the Last Name field.
NOTE: please use legal first and last name.
Enter the date of birth in the Date of Birth field (for students ONLY)
4. After selecting "Recover Username", the username will be displayed.
I see an error that states "...Password Changed Failed" How do I log in?
1. Go to login.flvs.net and under "Account Management", click on "Change Password"
2. Type in your Current Password
3. Type in your new password using the password guidelines
4. Retype your new password that you put in #3
5. Click Change Password
NOTE: Minimum Password Security Requirements:
Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters long and must contain any combination of three (3) of the following:
Uppercase letters
Lowercase letters
Numbers
Special Characters (Allowed: ‘’. , ~ ’ \ / - _ = + < > ; : ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ))
Passwords cannot repeat any given character three (3) times in a row
Cannot re-use recent passwords
