*Yield: How many servings a recipe makes
*Conversion Factor: a number used to change one set of units to another, by multiplying or dividing. You will use your original recipe yield and the number of expected guests to determine your conversion factor. You will multiply each ingredient by the conversion factor to find your new amounts.
