Semester Overview
This semester you will be planning a special event for a semester-long project.
You will choose an event with an assigned budget, find the venue, decide on the theme & decorations, find entertainment, design invitations, develop and test the menu, complete a mock food order, staff and layout the event, and then present the final project as your semester exam. These tasks are broken down in the modules that follow.
