Cooking Lab: Pies
For this assignment, you will make a pie of your choosing from scratch. You MUST choose from the recipes below.
You may NOT make a graham cracker/Oreo/Nilla wafer crust.
Filling must be cooked. NO canned fruit or instant pudding fillings.
Rubric - Cooking Lab (100 Points)
Research a pie recipe from the list provided to you (MUST make the pie dough from scratch... NO gram cracker/Oreo crust). If you have a different pie recipe that you are wanting to try to bake please contact your chef instructor for confirmation.
Recipe (20 Points) - The recipe should include the title of the dish, the ingredients, and the instructions.

Photo 1 (20 Points)- Ingredients
Photo 2 (20 Points)- Preparation (measuring/mixing/cutting)
Photo 3 (20 Points)- Cooking (pie in the oven)
Photo 4 (20 Points)- Final Product (YOU MUST SHOW YOUR FACE IN THIS PHOTO!)
