I have been in education for 18 years.  I have spent the last three years working as an Impact Coach at Fleming County High School.  My favorite thing about being a teacher is inspiring others and to be inspired.  Every day is different.  

What is an impact coach? 

I help identify school teaching and learning needs, barriers and weaknesses by analyzing data and coming up with ways to break those barriers and close learning gaps.  I provide suport in data analysis and professional development decision-making; mentor new teachers; and stay up-to-date on current and past research on highly effective teaching strategies. My overall goal is to raise the level of student achievement.
